Shevchenko topped the rating of the worst transfers of "Chelsea"

According to the edition, the Ukrainian became Abramovich's biggest blunder.

During the management of the London Chelsea Roman Abramovich, the club made many transfers. However, not all were successful or justified. The publication of Goal.com ranked the most unsuccessful Chelsea transfers. In the rating were 15 players, and headed by his Ukrainian legend Andriy Shevchenko, who moved to Chelsea from Milan in 2006.
