My Experience of a Video Shooting with a Video Production Studio

Video Production Studio

I recently shot a video at SoFlo Studio with a videographer to make one video for my new video marketing service that I wanted to start. I would never stand in front of few powerful lights and a camera before in video shoots, and thought it would be very fun to do. I am a big fan of online video, as I have explained before, but something that gives me pain is the huge amount of online video that is of poor quality and I did not want to do the same thing again. So I went to a professional film production studio paying an affordable video studio rental fee, and did several shoots in a classroom set, hotel lobby set and hospital room set, and ended up with my video that I am quite proud of.

Here is a fun blooper reel I shot to showcase some of my fun parts of the shooting:

I have never done this before, but I am a member of one of the Toastmasters clubs, so I am often standing up and frequently talking in front of people and guessed this would be similar work like that. I was both good and bad, and right and wrong. I learned few things throughout that video shooting. I rented the classroom set, hotel lobby set and hospital room set at a video production studio, I wrote the script myself for the video, and it took us almost four hours to shoot it all on a Saturday night. Then the videographer went home around midnight, but I waited to watch the video-editing skills of the videographer. I never watched any of the footage during the shoot, so the finished video was going to be a surprise to me.

As it was my first video with a video production studio, I am proud to say we did not make any mistakes. The classroom set, hotel lobby set and hospital room set was well furnished. We worked there like family members, and the outcome of the video was more realistic. Finally, I left the video production studio with some new thoughts and ideas for my upcoming new videos with them.
